Located in Northern Michigan in the scenic Jordan Valley, Jordan Valley Outfitters is your Eco-Tour headquarters offering family paddling during the summer but also all winter long on the Jordan River.

This north woods eco-tour experience is great for the entire family from 3 to 90 years young. We are close enough for a day trip, or stay locally and explore the famous Jordan Valley for memories that will last a lifetime. Jordan Valley Outfitters operates under the special use permit authorized by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources adopted in 2006. Our equipment is inspected annually by the Charlevoix County Sheriff’s Department Marine Division. We are members of the Michigan Association of Paddlesport Providers, East Jordan Area Chamber of Commerce and Boyne Area Chamber of Commerce.

We Create Memories!

Bring the entire family out to enjoy an afternoon paddle on the Scenic Jordan River or the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. Paddle individually with a group in our single kayaks, partner up, and share the experience in one of our tandem kayaks, or canoes, or keep the entire group together in one or more of our 8 person rafts. You are sure to remember each experience in this pristine, all-natural area.

River Rafting Adventures

We begin our adventure at Graves Crossing in the Wild and Scenic Jordan River. You are safely placed into a white water style raft along with your Guide. We gently float down the river, observing the Natural Beauty that the Jordan River Valley has to offer.

Many on these trips have spotted Beavers, River Otters, White Tail Deer, Merganser Ducks, Red Fox, and many other types of wildlife including the occasional sighting of an American Bald Eagle or two.
